Len and LaTasha have been involved in education for close to 20 years. From 1999 to 2006, Len served as a Principal for the San Bernardino Unified School District before transitioning to PHP Agency. Now, as a financial educator with PHP, Len has worked his way up to Senior Vice President with his wife, LaTasha. LaTasha has been a School Psychologist by day for close to 16 years, but by night she supports her husband as a PHP co-business partner and assists with team building, training, and leadership development.

As one of the youngest entrepreneur couples in PHP, Alejandro and Yanaely continue to make their mark on the industry. After being promoted to Marketing Director and winning a Lamborghini Gallardo through a PHP competition in 2015, Alejandro has continued to make waves by reaching young entrepreneurship success. One of the few who are leading the Hispanic movement in PHP, Jose and Marlene both grew up fighting for what they earned. They have played an important role in shaping PHP’s multi-cultural presence, and together run one of the largest organizations in the company, The Great Awakening (TGA). Jose’s background in corporate bill collecting and Marlene’s experience in real estate combine to create a dynamic power couple in PHP, leading them to be the second ever Board Council members.

Sheena and Matt both have backgrounds in the financial industry, but their careers before PHP were drastically different. Sheena graduated college with a degree in marketing before joining Stryker as a sales representative for medical equipment. Meanwhile, on the other side of the world, Matt was serving as a United States Marine, eventually coming home after eight years of service to learn about financial services. After joining PHP, it took Sheena and Matt only three years to establish themselves as million dollars earners and the first Board Council members.

Out of their office in Huntsville, TX, they are constantly looking to grow their base and have a goal of accelerating all who follow them to the very top. Since reaching Senior Marketing Director in May of 2019, Flor and Boris continue to show how fast PHP can help a person grow if they bring ambition and drive to the financial services industry.

Being a provider of financial services for close to 10 years, Curtis and Spring have made a name for themselves since joining PHP in 2013. After six years of coaching entrepreneurs and families nationwide to maximize their quality of life and financial standing, Curtis and Spring have elevated themselves to the level of Executive Marketing Director. They continue to focus their attention on building business in a variety of ways that help to turn their clients’ dreams into reality.

Dedication to growing his skillset at the University of Sioux Falls created a drive in Chris that eventually brought him to PHP. With a passion for developing the next leaders of PHP, Diana Joe has created a name for herself as an Executive Vice President in the LA area. 12 years of experience in the financial services industry has molded Diana into an example that many PHP agents follow. Shortly after its inception, she joined PHP and jump-started her future, opening the door for unlimited growth. She currently serves as a leader and motivator for multiple markets in Southern California.

Before establishing themselves as Senior Vice Presidents and top competitors at PHP, Ricky and Erika worked in industries outside of financial services. Ricky worked on an oil field for eight years, learning exactly what it meant to dedicate his life to a job, and Erika worked at an egg packing plant, where she focused on outworking her co-workers and quickly moving up the ladder.
